Overview

Your current website (globalaircraftservices.com.au) has outgrown your companies vision.

The common goal is to update the current website to look high-end and luxurious while remaining sleek, professional and most importantly will have you stand out from the crowd.

We will create a clearly arranged website based on the new brand guidelines with appealing texts that convey a story to the customer and make it easy to understand how you can help them. The intention is to showcase all your services, who you have worked for, attract new customers and employees. In addition, the website should be able to be adapt in the front-end at any time with no additional monthly fees.

 

Phase 1 -
Strategy & Content

We start with a briefing to jointly define your needs for the website, the goals, and the target group. Together with you, we create a schedule for the content and development of the website.

  • Brand refresh and keep the current logo

  • Create a new Website with new copy and images.

  • Hosting and ongoing Tech support

  • Social Media Templates

Planning and strategy of the website with the main goal of creating an experience for the website visitor. The user experience is the focus here - how can we convince visitors of your service and ensure that the information they are looking for can be found quickly and easily?

We will compile a comprehensive PDF document containing essential information pertaining to your online marketing strategy.

Phase 2 - Design

The overall appearance of the new website will be professional, modern and luxurious.

The Brand Refresh - The logo (icon) will get a small update to suit the digital presence.

We will be creating a new, fresh and modern brand.

  • Define a new color palette (3 main colors and 3 sup colors)

  • Create new design elements that can be used for the web and all social media accounts

  • Define up to 3 fonts for the new look and feel

  • Images will be provided by you and myself

Time required:

Phase 3 - Copywriting

We will rewrite the entire copy for the website.

We will initiate the process by administering a thorough questionnaire, aiming to gain a profound understanding of the desired tone and voice for the content.

Subsequently, we will embark on rewriting the new copy for a total of up to 10 pages on the website, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative throughout.

Phase 4 - Web Development

Based on the visual approach chosen and taking into account the strategic objectives discussed, we will start developing the new website. This new website offers various features that can help you in your marketing (e.g. sending newsletters, blog page, creation of referral codes, e-mail dispatch after subscription, surveys, etc.). ) will be hosted on the latest technology, top-of-the-line security, latest SEO integrations which will help to be found on Google, have their own analytics interaction and can be adjusted at anytime and grow with the needs of your business.


Scope and functions of your new website

  • Design and creation of one main page and up to 10 new subpages.
    (HOME, About / Team Info, Services, Jobs page, Blog (latest news), 3 case study sup pages/portfolio, Contact, T&C’s)

  • Responsive Design – Easy to read and clear design on all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).

  • Integration and Animation of images and videos.

  • Animated sliders for testimonials and logos (build brand awareness).

  • Creation of a contact form that will be connected to an email address.

  • Set up a recruitment page with a questionnaire for potential employees with the option to upload their CV’s. This questionnaire will then be emailed to your admin@ email.

  • An animated map of the world to showcase who you work with and for and where all your clients are based (eg. a map of Switzerland I created). Further each Pin will be linked to a case study.

  • Integration of a blog page with the latest news that can be shared on all your social media platforms.

  • Integration of your LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram channels.

  • Analytics tool such a Google Analytics - Monitor visitor numbers.

  • Optimisation of search engine settings (SEO for short) to improve the ranking of the website in search results. This is done through the optimal use of keywords, title tags, meta tags, content, and the best possible loading speed of the page.

  • Cookie pop- up will be activated for legal reasons.

  • SSL Certificate for secure site

As soon as I have completed the first version, you will receive a link with access to the website. Together we will then work on your ideas and comments until the final version is completed.

Phase 5 - Web Shop

Set up a spear parts shop - technically seen this will function like a shop without the ability to buy, just enquire. We will set up the first 50 parts (more can be added at a later stage).

Web Shop development and setup

  • Upload products: Setup and upload up to 50 products incl. sizes, wording, pricing

  • Responsive Design: – Easy to read and clear design on all devices (desktop and mobile).

  • Design: The new web shop will be based on the new branding guidelines, further we will be adding animation of images and videos if provided.

  • Shipping and Fulfillment: Set up shipping options, rates, and fulfillment methods. Define regions and countries you'll ship to, along with corresponding shipping rates.Integrate with shipping carriers and print shipping labels if needed.

  • Email Notifications: Set up order confirmation, shipping notification, and other automated email notifications. Customize these emails with your branding and relevant information.

  • Mobile Responsiveness: Test your store's responsiveness on different devices and screen sizes. Ensure a seamless user experience on mobile devices

  • Performance Optimization: Optimize images and other media to ensure fast page loading times.

~ Three to four weeks

Phase 6 - Go live

Test Phase: Test the user experience by going through the entire customer journey, from browsing products to making a purchase. Perform test transactions to ensure that the checkout process is functioning correctly. Verify that payment gateways and order processing are working as expected. Check for any broken links, missing images, or other issues.

Finally the time has come: The new website will go live. 

Then I show you how to adapt texts and images quickly and easily at any time in the front-end.

Phase 7 - Social Media Templates

Based on the chosen visual approach and taking into account the discussed strategic goals, we design various templates for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

  • 5 Text-based template in 2 formats (posts + story).

  • 2 Headline post (banner) for Facebook

  • These Templates can be adjusted at anytime

Phase 8 - Google Profil set up

Enhance Your Online Presence by setting up your new Google Profile Account

  • Set up your Google my Business Profil (personalised information, logo and cover image, bio, links to website and other accounts)

  • Goole Maps

  • Set up your Google Analytics and connect it with you website

  • Set up you Google Ads Account

  • Create 2 Headline post for your Google Profil (great for your SEO)

Time expenditure:
~ three to four working days (google verification can take up to 2 weeks)

~ CHF 1’800

There will be NO monthly fees or Updates requires. Minor changes such as changing wording or images are included for the first year.

Payment conditions: 30% DEPOSIT to secure your spot, 40% once the first version of the website has been presented and 30% after the launch of the website.

Scope

The offer includes one version of the structure defined above and a maximum of two additional adjustments to this version. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any further adaptations will be set out as a new flat-rate offer.

Terms:
  • 30% downpayment before starting any work.

  • 40% once the first version of the website has been presented

  • 30% paid after final deliverables have been sent and the website is live.

  • All hosting fees will be billed directly to the customer.

  • Prices do not include font licensing or images if required.

  • 2 Rounds of iterations are included at each phase, after that at an hourly rate of CHF 160.

  • All prices do not include Tax (MwSt).

  • Payment is due 10 days after the invoice is sent.

  • Intellectual ownership of the design will be fully transferred to GAS upon final payment.
