Overview

The current website (www.cccc.co.nz) does not meet your expectations and leads to confusion for the customer. The structure, texts, designs and platform are not up to date.

The common goal is to create a clearly arranged website with appealing texts that convey a story to the customer. This is intended to attract new customers. In addition, the website should be able to be adapted quickly and easily in the front-end at any time.

Phase 1 -
Strategy & Content

We start with a briefing to jointly define your needs for the website, the goals and the target group. Together with you, we create a schedule for the content and development of the website.

Planning and strategy of the website with the main goal of creating an experience for the website visitor. The user experience is the focus here - how can we convince visitors of "the Ginius way" and ensure that the information they are looking for can be found quickly and easily?

The creation of the website structure can take between two to three working days. If necessary, we will then discuss the structure again together.

Phase 2 - Design

Based on the visual approach chosen and taking into account the strategic objectives discussed, we design a website that fully meets the needs of the visitors.

The brand - the logos, the favIcon, colours, fonts and images will be adopted by you.

Time required:

~ two to four working days

 

Phase 3 - Development

As soon as we have defined the structure, we will start developing the website on a new platform. This is modern, can be adapted quickly and offers various features that can help you in your marketing (e.g. sending newsletters, blog page, creation of referral codes, e-mail dispatch after subscription, surveys, etc.). )

Depending on the size of the page, it will take between one and four weeks to develop. As soon as I have completed the first version, you will receive a link with the access to the website. Together we will then work on your ideas and comments until the final version is completed. 


Scope and functions

  • Design and creation of up to 8 new subpages.

  • Responsive Design – Easy to read and clear design on all devices (desktop, tablet and mobile).

  • Integration of images and videos.

  • Animation of images - smooth transition between images and layers.

  • Optimisation of search engine settings (SEO for short) to improve the ranking of the website in search results. This is done through the optimal use of keywords, title tags, meta tags, content and the best possible loading speed of the page.

  • Integration of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels.

  • Integration of a blog page which can be shared on all your social media platforms.

  • Connection to a newsletter management tool.

  • Connection to your Stripe Account.

  • Connection to Calendly (separate account required)

  • Protected area, which is only accessible by login.

  • Search function and the corresponding links.

  • Links and deposit of content in pdf-form (if desired).

  • Creation of a contact form.

Time required:
~ Two to four weeks

 

Finally, we test the beta version of the website together and discuss final adjustments if necessary. After that, the time has come: The new website will go live. 

Then I show the responsible person how to adapt texts and images quickly and easily at any time in the front-end. We will also look at the creation, dispatch and analysis of the newsletter and blog together.

Deadline - Live launch of the website beginning of August 2020.

Your investment

Total $ 1’900 + gst

Payment conditions: 50% DEPOSIT, 50% after the launch of the website.

Campaign Landing pages.

Creating a template for the newsletter, which can then be easily adapted for the next newsletter.

-> Additional options can be integrated into the offer by arrangement.


Scope

The offer includes one version of the structure defined above and a maximum of two additional adjustments to this version. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any further adaptations will be charged at an hourly rate of 140 CHF/h or will be set out as a new flat rate offer.

Terms:
  • 50% downpayment before starting work.

  • 50% paid after final deliverables have been sent and the website is live..

  • Prices do not include fonts licensing or images if required.

  • 3 Rounds of iterations included at each phase, after that on an hourly rate of CHF 160.

  • All prices do not include GST.

  • Payment is due 10 days after invoice is sent.

  • Intellectual ownership of the design will be fully transferred to XXXX upon final payment.
